The Beigua Regional Natural Park as the name entails is a natural park located in the region of Liguria which is highly valued for its extreme geological importance and historical connotation. Thus, it is a protected area that stretches between Arenzano and Varazze and includes Mount Beigua (1287 m). The Beigua Natural Park is also a highly evocative environmental resource full of paths that wind just a few steps from the sea and climb up to an altitude of 1,200 metres, amidst beech and chestnut woods and variegated vegetation rich in scents and polychrome shades.

There is the Deiva Forest ring, a portion of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri starting from Prariondo, the Piana della Badia di Tiglieto ring, the Curlo – Vaccà ring on the Arenzano heights and the route from the Cappelletta di Masone to the Faiallo Pass.

The park also offers an extensive network of trails for mountain bikers or road cyclists. In addition, there are also areas equipped for climbing and bouldering. Trail running and canyoning are also attractive common activities that can be pursued. In winter it is possible to organise wonderful snowshoe hikes among the snowy peaks of the park. Along the Beigua Park trails, there are also a variety of choices and thrilling activities one may explore. It is worth noting that the trails are all equipped and have clear indications to help the visitors as they explore this beautiful environment, which is symbolic of the area’s natural, cultural and historical heritage.
